Anime Legacy Simulator Progression Guide: World Order & Unlock Quests

Anime Legacy Simulator's worlds in order — Heaven Island, Slayer Village, Jujutsu Academy, Seven Deadly Sins — and the quests that unlock each next map.

Anime Legacy Simulator moves you through four worlds in a fixed order: Heaven Island (the One Piece stage, also called Pirate or Paradise Island), Slayer Village (Demon Slayer), Jujutsu Academy (Jujutsu Kaisen), and the Seven Deadly Sins world added in Update 1. Each world has quests you have to complete before the next one opens — it's the core milestone the game itself tracks, with official badges awarded for unlocking Maps 1–3. The gates recorded so far have all been kill chains: finish the map's quest chain, claim it, and the next map opens, so damage sets your pace. As of Update 1 that's the full list (before that update, the JJK map was the end of the line), and later updates can extend it.

If you're brand new, start with the beginner guide, then follow the route below.

What each unlock gate actually asks

Watch the main quest icon — it tracks the quests standing between you and the next world.

Map 1 → Map 2. In one recorded run, Map 1's chain asked for 20 Kuma kills, then 15 of the next mob, 10 Bug kills, 5 AOK kills and finally a Mink target (mob spellings vary between recordings). With every quest handed in at Nami and "Mission claimed successfully" on screen, the next map opened immediately.

Map 2 → Map 3. Slayer Village's observed main quests were defeating Kai (20 kills), 15 Guiltaro, 10 Hengen and finally Doma. Clear them and you can move on. While you're on this map, also progress the gourd-blowing mechanic: it unlocks breathing styles that attach to your weapons, with up to two tiers (attack speed, damage, drop chance) equipped at once.

Map 3 → Map 4. The Seven Deadly Sins world only opens after the JJK stage's quests are done — clearing the monsters on the map, as tracked by the main quest icon. Since Update 1.5 there is also one specific Map 3 quest, defeating a named boss, added expressly so you can move from Map 3 to Map 4. The exact target is shown on the in-game quest — follow the main quest icon to it.

Map 4 is the end of the current route; what waits there is covered below.

Getting through the gates faster

The gates so far have all been kill chains, so damage decides your pace — and a quick check of the codes page costs nothing before a long grind.

  • Level your team, not just your avatar. Send Fighters after enemies for XP, spend level-up points on attributes, and keep rolling Stars for teammates — the summoning guide covers the rolling. Fighters cap at Level 35 on the early maps, rising to 45 with Update 1, and duplicates you dismantle become the food that levels them (more on our fighter leveling page).
  • Farm each stage boss as you go. All three early bosses drop a +20% accessory at base tier: Map 1's boss drops a hat that boosts fighter damage, Doma on Map 2 drops a shirt with +20% player damage, and the Map 3 Gojo boss drops a blindfold/scarf with +20% player damage plus raid tokens and items used to access late-game stage modes. Ordinary enemies drop entry-level weapons. Hold onto duplicates — accessories evolve by combining them (finding two more uncommon items, for instance, combines into the next tier), which is the whole loop behind accessory evolution.
  • Put dungeon points into damage. Running dungeons earns points for permanent account-wide upgrades in the lobby: damage, player damage, fighter damage, yen, XP, drops, luck, gacha and attack range. Creator recommendations: spend early resources on the player-damage and fighter-damage tracks first — the avatar and Fighters both hit harder — and, since Update 1.5, max the auto-feature upgrade before putting resources into artifacts.
  • Don't grind alone. One creator's fast route: join other players' ongoing boss fights or AFK farming spots to earn yen quickly — in one demonstration, a weak character joining a late-stage fight still earned billions per kill — then spend it at Stars/eggs toward a full legendary team (see the best fighters list) and run each map's quest chain, hopping servers or asking friends, your guild or Discord for boss groups when a target outlasts you.

Above it all sits prestige: your first prestige requires Level 50, earned by defeating enemies and bosses. An early-access player also saw a 100,000 XP figure on the prestige panel, though the exact XP-to-level relationship hasn't been confirmed — our prestige guide has the details.

Optional side quests along the route

Every world hides a side-quest NPC behind a sign that points to their location: Shanks on Heaven Island — behind the beanstalk near the pyramid — rewards the Yoru sword and a mount; Muzan, tucked in a Slayer Village alley, sends you to defeat Kokushibo; and Gojo, hidden in the JJK world, asks you to defeat Sukuna for Yuta's sword plus another mount. None of these gate your progress, but they're efficient pickups while you're clearing each map anyway (more in our secret quests page).

Once you reach Map 4

The Seven Deadly Sins map adds an endgame loop rather than another gate. A world boss spawns there once every hour and stays 15 minutes; its small HP pool takes damage from your click count rather than your character's damage, so solo hits tick for about 1 while a full server kills it fast. Its unique drops, like the Fairy Wing accessory, have low rates, and it also drops Commandments at roughly 5% — ten types, each with a different buff and its own kill tasks, with surplus kills carrying over between tasks since Update 1.5.

However the exact targets differ, the rule holds: complete each world's quests and the next one opens — so keep an eye on that main quest icon all the way to Map 4.
