Anime Legacy Simulator Slayer Village Guide: Entering Map 2, Finishing the Quests and Rolling Breathing Styles

How to reach Slayer Village (Map 2) in Anime Legacy Simulator, clear its quest line from Kai through Doma, roll Breathing Styles at the gourd, and find Muzan's Kokushibo secret quest.

Slayer Village is Anime Legacy Simulator's second world — the Demon Slayer-themed Map 2, slotted between the Pirate island and the Jujutsu world. You enter it by finishing the previous map's quests, and you clear it by working through its NPC quest line to the final boss, Doma. While you're there, the village also hands you two early player-damage upgrades: Doma's +20% damage accessory and the Breathing Style gourd that enchants your weapon.

Here's how to get in, finish the main quests and bosses, and use the gourd.

How to get into Slayer Village

World travel is gated by quests: after you turn in a map's quests, the game lets you move to the next map. So if the village hasn't opened for you yet, finish and hand in the quests on your current map — the option to travel onward appears once they're done. If you're still finding your feet, the beginner guide covers the first steps, and the worlds overview lists the full map order.

The main quest line and bosses

Slayer Village's main quests are accepted from NPCs on the map and are mostly stage-unlocking kill-count and boss objectives. The early-game chain runs in this order:

  1. Defeat the boss Kai — about 15,000 HP and easy to solo.
  2. Kill 20 of the map's first enemy.
  3. Kill 15 Gyutaro — captioned 'Guiltaro' in playthrough footage; the in-game spelling is unconfirmed.
  4. Kill 10 Hantengu — captioned 'Hengen'.
  5. Defeat Doma — the final quest target.

Check each step against your quest tracker so you're hunting the right target.

Doma is the map's wall: very strong, shown at roughly 2,000,000 HP. Once he's down, return to the quest NPC at the start of the map and turn in — that completed the second map and opened travel to the next one. If Doma outpaces your damage, level your fighters first; the progression guide and the how to level up fast page cover the fastest routes.

Doma's +20% damage accessory

Doma drops a chest/shirt accessory that grants +20% player damage. Like other accessories, it evolves through duplicates: after hitting Evo, two more uncommon copies of the item combine into the next tier. Keep farming him and don't discard spare copies — see the accessories guide and the accessory evolution page.

How to use the Breathing Style gourd

The gourd is the village's signature system — it rolls Breathing Styles onto your weapons as enchantments:

  1. Open the teleport/World menu.
  2. Click the gourd icon in the Slayer Village world.
  3. Select the weapon you want to upgrade.
  4. Blow into the gourd — a progress-bar action — to roll a Breathing Style onto that blade.

Rolls produce Breathing Styles such as Beast, Sun, Wind and Thunder Breathing. They act like weapon enchantments that add combat stats: buff types include attack speed, damage and drop chance, and Wind Breathing was observed to increase damage. As a concrete example, one player's Fire Nichirin katana carried three enchantments at once: +5% attack speed, +3% drop chance and +5% damage.

Roll costs, slots and locking

  • Initial rolls cost 10 tokens (the release price).
  • Swords have multiple passive slots — up to two or three tiers depending on the weapon's unlock progression; a Legend-tier weapon was shown with two slots (attack speed and damage) equipped.
  • You can only lock a slot after multiple passives have been rolled, and each lock raises the token cost of every later roll.
  • Rolling without enough locks can reset everything on the blade.

The established way to reach a third buff: roll until two buffs land, lock one, keep rolling until you hit two buffs again so a third can appear, then lock two slots and improve one buff at a time. Expect to burn a large amount of gourds and tokens, because costs scale with every lock. Mythic and Secret tiers exist above Legendary, but one creator recommends stopping at Legendary for now, since weapon buffs don't raise damage much in the current update.

The weapons page lists the blades you can enchant, and the passives reroll guide goes deeper into the rolling system.

The secret quest: Muzan and Kokushibo

Slayer Village hides a secret quest too. The NPC Muzan stands in the corner by the steps and gives the objective 'Defeat Kokushibo in the village.' To find Kokushibo's chamber, go behind the freestanding house with the wooden sign along the village path — a hidden path there leads into a tunnel that runs straight to the chamber. The complete hidden-quest route is kept on the secret quests page, and every map's secret boss is compiled on the secret boss locations page.

Kokushibo is a massive step up from the quest bosses at 125,000,000 HP. His drops as of Update 1:

DropChance
600,000 gold100%
Giyu cloak accessory (raises player damage)2.5%
10 gourds for equipment passives50%
10 Slayer Mask tokens50%

Finishing Muzan's connected secret quest also rewards the Stone Nichirin blade and the Kitty mount — and the gourd drops feed straight back into the Breathing Style system.

Other things to use in the village

  • Dungeon and Trial hall. The village hall holds the Dungeon and Trial entrances. The dungeon offers easy, normal and hard difficulties — early in progression, a player found only the easy one open, so the higher tiers may unlock as you advance. Details live in the dungeons guide and the trials guide.
  • Slayer progression ('Slayer Possession'). The map hosts its own Slayer progression feature, shown as Slayer Possession, which carries player damage bonuses and can be upgraded step by step; the one recorded upgrade succeeded with only a small increase.
  • Trait Reroll NPC. You can find one in the lobby or in Slayer Village. Before feeding a new fighter, reroll its trait for an EXP trait — that temporarily reduces the total food cost. The fighter leveling guide covers the feeding loop.
