Anime Legacy Simulator Accessories: Confirmed Accessories and Where They Drop

Your character has five accessory slots in Anime Legacy Simulator. Here are the accessories confirmed so far — S-Rank hat, Giyu's Coat, Nezuko box, Toji's worm and more — and the boss, dungeon, trial or raid that drops each one.

You can equip five accessories at once in Anime Legacy Simulator. They are managed in the backpack's Accessory section: open your inventory, head to the Accessory tab, and equip any piece you have picked up. A new account starts with that tab empty, so the pieces you wear all come from in-game drops, and the accessories covered below each come from one of the game's activities: a world map boss, a hidden secret boss, Dungeons and Trials, the Jujutsu Kaisen (JJK) raids, or the hourly World Boss.

Here are the accessories confirmed so far and where each one drops. Drop chances are reported figures current through Update 1.

Map bosses and regular mobs (Worlds 1–3)

So far, each map's stage boss carries its own accessory. On Map 1, the One Piece stage boss drops a hat that boosts fighter damage by 20% at its common tier, and regular mobs on the same stage have been seen dropping a +20% fighter-damage hat as well. On Map 2, Doma drops a chest/shirt piece with +20% player damage, and on Map 3, Gojo drops a blindfold/scarf with the same +20% player-damage boost.

Bosses are the better target while you grind: they drop their accessory at a higher rate than regular enemies — around 1% for stage bosses like Mihawk or Doma, according to the secret-boss guide — but any mob on the stage can drop an accessory.

Secret bosses have the best accessory drop rates

Hidden in each of the first three worlds is a secret boss with a higher accessory drop chance than any normal stage enemy. Anime Legacy Simulator secret boss locations has the full walk to each one:

  • Enel — World 1 (Heaven/Pirate Island), at the top of the pyramid stairs behind Mihawk; 3M HP. Drops the S-Rank hat, which boosts fighter damage, at a reported 2.5%, plus 15,000 cash and upgrade tokens.
  • Kokushibo — World 2 (Slayer Village), through the hidden tunnel behind the signposted house; 125M HP. Drops Giyu's Coat, a player-damage accessory, at a reported 2.5%.
  • Sukuna — World 3 (Jujutsu Academy), hidden left of the Star Egg gacha area; 700M HP. Drops Gojo's blindfold at a reported 2.5%, plus the Gokumon Box (also called the Raid Cube) at a reported 2.5% — that box is the key to the JJK raids, not a wearable accessory.

Dungeons and Trials: Nezuko box and Luffy's waist wrap

Running dungeons and trials is how you get the Nezuko box and Luffy's waist wrap (also called Luffy's belt or scarf). Both boost damage for your fighting units and your character, and drops here are plentiful — one completed dungeon run handed over both the Nezuko box and Luffy's belt.

The catch is that you have to be at your screen while runs happen. One creator's workaround is to idle on a public server with an auto-clicker pressing the dungeon join button, so you collect rewards whenever other players clear a run. That is a player trick rather than a game feature, and it works best if you pick your server carefully and check in often.

JJK raids: Toji's worm

Toji's worm drops from the JJK raid dungeon modes. Getting in takes a Gokumon Box — a raid key, not a wearable accessory — which Sukuna drops at a reported 2.5%. You cannot AFK this accessory: the raid requires active participation. It is the toughest farm covered here; one creator who dealt roughly 25 million team damage still could not clear the raid.

Map 4: boss blindfold and the hourly World Boss

The Update 1 map (Map 4, the Seven Deadly Sins world) added two accessory sources:

  • The map's regular boss drops a new blindfold-style accessory that replaces Gozu's blindfold, reported as a 50% player-damage buff. The map's secret boss carries it too, but that fight is much harder — the reported accessory drop range there is 2.5%–5% — and one creator read the piece as a head item.
  • The World Boss spawns every hour on the hour, stays 15 minutes, then despawns with zero rewards. Its 5,000 HP pool is click-based — about 1 damage per click, 2–3 for high attack-speed units — so a solo player chips away at almost nothing, and kills depend on the whole server clicking together. Players hop between public servers on the hour to catch several bosses. Its drop list includes the Fairy Wing, believed to be a back item that boosts fighter damage, with a drop rate described as quite low; a separate guide reports the World Boss also dropping an accessory that increases fighter damage by 50%. The boss additionally drops currency, tokens and Commandments (~5% drop), so joining attempts is worthwhile either way. Details are in the world boss guide.

Which accessory to farm first

Start with the S-Rank hat. It is the easiest strong accessory to get — park your units on Enel and let them AFK-kill him (he has comparatively little health), or hit Mihawk below instead if your damage is too low. Once you have reached the JJK stage, units like Yuji or Yuta can idle-kill Enel for you; the route assumes your team is strong enough to finish him without your input. The hat ranks first because it boosts fighter damage, and fighters are this game's main damage source.

Beyond the hat, accessories split into fighter-damage and player-damage pieces, and fighter damage wins in the early and mid game: community damage tests show fighter damage scales more strongly than your avatar's damage, which is why the S-Rank hat is widely prioritized over player-damage pieces like Giyu's Coat or Gojo's blindfold. One creator's Ace's hat shows the gap — 30% fighter damage, then 55% once at epic. Goku's shirt, by contrast, only adds player damage and is advised against early.

One creator's shortlist of the pieces worth working on: the Nezuko box, Ace's hat, Luffy's waist cloth, Gojo's blindfold and Toji's worm — push the box, the hat and the waist cloth toward Secret, and leave the hard-to-farm blindfold and worm at whatever level you can manage for now.

What rarity do accessories drop at?

Accessories drop at common rarity with a gray border as of the latest update covered here — direct higher-rarity drops were reportedly removed — and Secret is the highest rarity a piece reaches. You push a piece upward by combining duplicates with the Evolve button; the step-by-step process is in the accessory evolution guide.

If you are still working through the early maps, the beginner guide covers the progression that gets you to Enel and your first dungeon runs.
