Anime Legacy Simulator Gamepass Tier List: All 13 Passes and What They Do
Every Anime Legacy Simulator gamepass with its price and real effect, plus a tier list of which passes are worth buying for your play style and budget.
Anime Legacy Simulator's store listed 13 gamepasses as of Update 1, priced from 99 to 799 Robux, with all 13 marked For Sale. The short answer: Remote Access (799) and Extra Equip (399) are the top two picks in one veteran creator's ranking, 2x Exp (299) is the pass for leveling speed, and Lucky (99) and Small Backpack (99) are the cheapest entry points. You also do not strictly need Robux — 2x Exp and Remote Access can be purchased with gems earned in-game.
Here is the full list, what each pass actually does, and how to pick the right ones for your play style and budget.

Prices come from the game's official store catalog as of Update 1. The catalog itself does not print perk text on most passes, so the effect details below come from in-game guides and player testing — the luck values, backpack slot counts, and the 5% Shiny roll figure are creator-reported.
What each gamepass actually does
Remote Access (799 Robux) — summon from anywhere
Without this pass, you have to walk to each gacha machine on the map to summon or configure it. With it, you can open summon stars and roll gachas anywhere: hatch eggs in World 2 while you are farming in World 1, for example. Players report remote use also seems to cover rolling systems such as Haki. Because Anime Legacy Simulator sends you farming across many maps, one veteran creator calls it a must-have for anyone serious about the game, spender or not.
Extra Equip (399 Robux) — more fighters, more damage
You start with 3 equipped fighter slots. Extra Equip adds two more, for 5 total, permanently raising your team's damage. The sixth slot cannot be bought separately: beating Dungeon Round 50 grants one permanent extra slot for free, so a full 6-fighter team requires both the Dungeon Round 50 clear and this pass. That also means free-to-play players can still reach 4 slots without spending anything — see our Dungeons guide for the Round 50 run.
V.I.P (399 Robux) — a copy of your best fighter
V.I.P awards an exclusive avatar fighter that mirrors the base damage of your strongest fighter — it matches a Secret unit's 210 base damage, for instance — and it needs fewer EXP resources to level than standard endgame summons. The pass also includes a 1.1x multiplier and a VIP chat tag. The mirrored fighter updates with your roster, so it stays relevant as your team improves.
The luck passes: Lucky, Super Lucky, Ultra Lucky
All three boost both egg hatching and the gacha: Lucky adds +1 hatch luck and +0.5 gacha luck, Super Lucky adds +2 and +1, and Ultra Lucky adds +3 and +1.5. Their appeal is stacking two kinds of luck in one purchase — this game combines egg hatching with a gacha system, so a luck pass improves both at once.
Shiny Hunter (599 Robux) — better shiny odds
Shiny Hunter raises hatch rates for pulling shiny mythical and secret fighters, and one creator puts the added Shiny roll chance at 5%. The payoff is the shiny units themselves: they spawn with roughly 50% higher Level-1 base damage than their normal versions — Shiny Yuta starts at 157 base damage versus regular Yuta's 105. That damage premium belongs to shiny units in general; the pass only improves your odds of landing one.
2x Exp (299 Robux) and 2x Yen (299 Robux)
2x Exp doubles the rate at which you gain XP — both your player level points and the food EXP applied to fighters when feeding. That matters a lot late game: leveling a fighter to 35 costs roughly 200,000 food even with the pass, and player-reported costs without it run roughly 300,000–400,000. If you are working through our fighter leveling guide, this is the pass that cuts the grind the most.
2x Yen doubles the Yen you earn from play. It is the playstyle-dependent boost of the lineup: one creator notes it currently shows little practical effect in his sessions, in a game where guild donations are a major Yen sink. If you play guild content heavily it may pay off; otherwise it is a low priority.
Fast Open and Multi Open (499 Robux each) — food engines
Fast Open makes hatching eggs and pulling gacha faster. Multi Open lets you open 2 more eggs at once per hatch and summon 1 more per gacha pull. Both indirectly speed up food generation, because discarded pulls convert to food through Auto Deconstruct — just make sure Auto Deconstruct is configured on your summon star first, otherwise the extra pulls simply fill your inventory. For the summoning basics, see our summoning guide.
Small Backpack (99 Robux) and Big Backpack (249 Robux)
Small Backpack adds about 25 inventory slots and Big Backpack adds about 100, letting you carry more items before you have to manage or clear your backpack. Pure storage convenience — useful if long AFK sessions leave you drowning in pulls.
Gamepass tier list: what to buy for your play style
Blending what each pass mechanically does with one veteran creator's ranking of them, here is the practical tier list:
- Top tier — buy first if you are serious about the game: Remote Access and Extra Equip. Remote Access removes the constant walking between gacha machines on every session; Extra Equip permanently raises your team damage and is the only way to a 6-fighter team. One veteran creator ranks Remote Access first and Extra Equip second overall.
- Next — the summoning engine: Fast Open and Multi Open. They round out that creator's core four: Fast Open pairs with Remote Access to speed up every hatch and pull, and Multi Open adds eggs per hatch and summons per pull — which also multiplies food generation once Auto Deconstruct is on.
- Then — 2x Exp: the creator's next pick after the core four, and the strongest pure leveling boost: it cuts the reported food cost of taking an endgame fighter to level 35 from 300,000–400,000 to about 200,000.
- Playstyle picks: Shiny Hunter if you are hunting the ~50% damage premium on shiny units; the luck passes (Lucky is excellent value at 99 Robux) if you want better odds on both eggs and gacha; 2x Yen mainly if guild content and its donations are your focus.
- Convenient but optional: V.I.P and the backpacks. The VIP fighter is genuinely strong, but the same creator suggests putting luck or shiny passes ahead of it, and backpack space is a comfort upgrade rather than a power one.
By budget
- Under 300 Robux: Lucky (99) or 2x Exp (299). 2x Exp is the power pick in this range if you are feeding fighters; Lucky is the cheapest way to improve every summon.
- Around 400 Robux: Extra Equip. Two permanent team slots are a durable power gain per Robux, and it sits second in that creator's ranking.
- A fuller setup: one veteran creator's core four — Remote Access, Extra Equip, Fast Open, and Multi Open — works for spenders and free-to-play players alike, with 2x Exp as the next pick after those.
Can you get gamepasses without Robux?
Yes, partially. Gems earned from level milestone claims and system inboxes can be saved to buy select passes directly in the in-game shop. The two documented gem prices are 2x Exp at 2,990 gems and Remote Access at about 7,990 gems. It requires patience — free-to-play players can absolutely get there, but it takes time to accumulate. And before spending anything, check the current Anime Legacy Simulator codes.
